How we sell

We buy our wine the way we buy our beef — from people we know. Small importers, small allocations: bottles that arrive by the case and leave by the hand. No shelf at the chain store, no history on the apps. Just our word, and the cork. The list at the table stays at the table — the Vinoteca is its own cellar, and it's the same list at Soho, Carrollwood and St. Pete.
